On the bike again...

Ok, it was on the trainer in the little side yard at the apartment, but I was able to put some weight on my arm and it didn't hurt - I don't think that I could have done this prior to the surgery last time at all. Also pretty much off the pain killers at this point - maybe they removed all the nerve endings when they were in there last time?
